Elena Doolan joined UMRF Ventures in October 2018 and currently serves as HR Development Manager. She previously served as a Technical Support Agent and Technical Support Shift Lead for the FedEx ECS venture before advancing to HR and Recruiting Coordinator. She graduated in 2023 with a B.S. in Health Sciences and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Resources Leadership and a master’s certificate in Strategic Leadership. In her spare time, she likes to read, cook, and listen to music. She is passionate about personal and professional growth and believes in the power of continuous learning and development, leading by example, and encouraging our students to reach their full potential.
