Kiara Amador joined UMRF Ventures in January 2021 and currently serves as the Manager of IAM and Risk Assurance Operations. She previously served as an Identity Access Management Analyst, IAM Shift Lead, and IAM Supervisor before advancing to Assistant Manager for the Raymond James venture. Kiara is an alumna of the University of Memphis, where she graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies, Healthcare Leadership. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, reading, and playing games on her Switch and PC. Kiara is also a Fall 2025 graduate from the New Memphis Weil Embark program. She is passionate about civic engagement and community development and never hesitates to talk about her love for the city of Memphis.
